How We Solved It
ZippyOPS designed a full CI/CD pipeline using GitLab CI and ArgoCD on Kubernetes. All services were containerised with Docker, regression tests automated with Selenium and k6, and blue-green deployments introduced to eliminate downtime. Environment parity across dev, staging and production was enforced via identical Docker images managed through Helm.
