How We Solved It
ZippyOPS designed a zero-downtime migration using dual-write and progressive traffic shifting. Pgloader and custom migration scripts moved data to PostgreSQL, stored procedures were rewritten in PL/pgSQL and a validation framework ran 50,000 automated reconciliation checks. Cutover was executed during a maintenance window with a tested 15-minute rollback procedure.
